1. About DoorWay
DoorWay provides information, demo access, and software-related services for building access control workflows, including UniFi Access management. Until a company is formally registered, DoorWay may be operated by an individual service provider.
Operator details: add your legal name, country, address if applicable, and contact email before publishing final production copy.
2. Website use
You may use this website to learn about DoorWay, request a demo, or contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with security controls, or use automated requests in a way that harms the service.
3. Demo and pilot access
Any demo, pilot, or trial access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Demo materials are provided to evaluate the service and do not guarantee future availability, pricing, feature scope, or suitability for a specific building.
4. Customer projects
If you request installation, configuration, support, software access, or operational use for a real building, the exact scope, responsibilities, fees, data processing terms, service levels, and support commitments should be agreed separately in writing.
5. Access control responsibility
Access control affects physical security. You remain responsible for deciding who may access a building or area, verifying configurations, maintaining backup procedures, complying with local laws, and responding to security incidents. DoorWay software and related services are operational tools, not a substitute for professional security, legal, or safety advice.
6. Accounts and security
If account access is provided, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using appropriate permissions, removing access for people who no longer need it, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
7. Third-party systems
DoorWay may integrate with UniFi Access and other third-party infrastructure. Those systems are controlled by their respective providers. Availability, firmware changes, APIs, network conditions, hardware faults, and third-party policies may affect how the service works.
8. Intellectual property
The website, software, design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by DoorWay or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service except as allowed by a separate written agreement or applicable law.
9. No warranty
The website and demo materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the website or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DoorWay and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, demo use, third-party systems, or configuration decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If the service is used for a real customer environment, additional data processing terms may be required.
12. Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the operator's European country of residence, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply to you.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the website, service, business structure, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the latest version.
